Minimalism
I think the definition of minimalism is to capture a photo with as least detail as possible with a small focus that stands out. I chose these 3 photos because i feel that they are good examples of my definition of Minimalism.

Gottfried Helnwein picture
The picture looks like somebody is trying to climb a billboard or maybe climb over herself or something. I think its a documentary picture and i do believe it is photoshopped. The meaning of this could be overcoming yourself or somebody else and thats what i think the artist meant. I'm not sure what its trying to say. The scale looks like a giant lifelike sculptor.

Video response 2 1) How in todays culture everybody is addicted to their phones ignoring the world around them because their "world" is social media and online connecting. 2) I believe that it definitely did its job of trying to send a message, the last part of the video was extreme and i was feeling weird about how the video ended and the actions throughout the video leading up too that. 3) I think that this is an example of our current situation or pretty close too it.
